Fulgencio Lazo creates public art that brings color, cultural memory, and a sense of community to shared spaces. His projects include murals, painted installations, and large-scale cut-metal sculpture. He has worked with communities, organizations, architects, fabricators, and other project partners.

Lazo can guide a commission through every stage, including research, community engagement, design, fabrication, and installation. He is a member of the ArtsWA Public Artist Roster and is available for public art commissions and collaborative projects.
