Mural for Consejo Counseling and Refferal Service
Fulgencio has deep ties to many community-based organizations in Seattle. He designed and painted the original mural on the fascade of Consejo’s first building in 2005. In 2021, Consejo moved to it’s new campus in Renton, Washington, and commissioned several new murals. (Photo: Mario Zavaleta)
